Refunds at LORNATHEN are considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as stipulated in the agreement.

- Error or oversight attributed to LORNATHEN resulting in incorrect service delivery.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, clients must adhere to the following procedure:

- LORNATHEN's customer service team will acknowledge receipt of the request within 3 business days.
Refund Timeline
Upon approval of a refund request, the following timeline is applicable:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise requested.
Conditions and Exceptions
LORNATHEN maintains the right to refuse a refund under the following conditions:
- Requests made beyond 30 days from the delivery of service.
- Services that have been used, altered, or appear to be tampered with by the client.
- Refunds for partial service completion unless failure to complete is attributable to LORNATHEN.
